Bible in a Year
Many of us are reading the bible in one year as a way to dig into scripture and get to know the Bible better. As February starts we’re reading the book of Job. It’s not too late to join in
reading the bible in one year – just start with today’s date and finish in a year’s time. You can download the Bible in One Year app, receive the readings by email, or buy the book.
‘Be still and know that I am God’ – Psalm 46:10′
There’s a new Christian Meditation group at the Old Chemist weekly group, Tuesdays 7–8pm.

Book now for New Wine
Some of us this summer will be attending New Wine United 18, a Christian festival of camping, teaching and worship for people of all ages. If you’d like to come with us, we’re going for week 1, 28 July to 3 August this year.
Day time bible study group
This group meets in Windows Cafe each Monday 2.30pm – 4pm. We start with tea and coffee and catch up, looking at something bible based, with a view to how it affects us and our walk of faith today. We are starting a series based on Psalms, to discover more about these wonderful prayers.
All members are asked to help decide what to tackle once we’ve completed Psalms. Each session is complete in itself, so it doesn’t matter if you missed a session, or can’t commit to come every week. New members always welcome, Please contact Helen Pain for more info.
